During April 2025, the Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center (RIPC) recorded over 3,000 violations and conducted more than 16,000 inspection tours across project sites in Riyadh Province and its governorates. Additionally, RIPC received over 18,000 reports regarding violations of regulations and requirements governing infrastructure projects.
Violations included failure to maintain cleanliness at work sites during and after operations, absence of warning lights on barriers along the entire traffic diversions, failure to renew or extend infrastructure work permits, and non-compliance with requirements for the placement and installation methods of temporary barriers.
Through these inspection tours, RIPC aims to raise compliance levels, ensure adherence to technical standards, and enhance the quality and safety of infrastructure projects—contributing to the sustainability of infrastructure in Riyadh Province and all its governorates.
RIPC continues to implement its inspection tours as part of broader efforts to strengthen oversight, develop infrastructure projects in the province, improve quality of life for residents and visitors, enhance urban landscape, and support efficient allocation of resources.
